We had an excellent time on our recent vacation and stay at the Sunset Palms. The location is only a short walk to the beach and the community pool is only 3 houses away. The house was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. The only thing I would like to see is a basic salt and pepper shaker available for use.

I found the bedrooms to be inviting and cozy, as the soft bedding guaranteed me a good sleep. The rest of the resort was also fun with its swimming pools that shines like new and its beachfront location.

This home is was perfect for our family of 6. The space is open and inviting. The rooms are a great size. The yard and hot tub were a welcome relaxation at the end of a beach day. The kitchen has plenty of supplies for serving and cooking. It was clean and homey. The walk to the beach is not far at all. They also have lots of beach supplies in the garage. Highly recommend

Nothing but good things to say: house as clean upon arrival, checkin was flawless, mgmt team was very responsive, 3-4 minute walk to beach. House came with a large beach wagon which we used everyday, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and more. Publix was a 4 min drive. Community pool was very clean. As my wife said - "this is now her favorite part of Florida."" We'll be back at some point! Thanks!"

My family were very impressed with the quality of everyday things like fridge, mattresses,etc. The house had everything needed for your vacation that you think about bringing but is to bulky for the trip; beach chairs, wagon, bikes...

From the minute we opened the door, my family and I were in awe over how nice and well kept this beach house was. Everything was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable -each and every one of them which is often rare when renting a vacation home, staying in a hotel, etc. and it makes all the difference in the world. The floor plan is open concept making it a a great place to gather and for meals with the whole family. It’s a close walk to the beach and the pool area. The pool area was clean and the pool was large enough that it still felt fairly private despite being shared. The porch was our favorite part. It felt tucked away with the landscaping giving some
privacy. It was big enough so many of us could be sitting outside at one time. The fenced in front yard was nice with my young granddaughters. It was just a great spot to sit out and have a coffee morning, noon, or night! We really enjoyed ourselves!!!

There is a lot to do in Destin and 30A but our favorite times were simply sitting on the front porch of Sunset Palms.
