We loved staying here. That space was perfect for our group. Highly recommend getting the golf carts to get around instead of uber. We wish they had more toliot paper for our group of 7 and recommend having a multi purpose spray for guest to help keep the space clean while there. It was close to the beach and shopping area. A great place to stay! A beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful property described exactly as it is in the listing. Glass Casa was wonderful to work with and was very responsive when asked questions. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the area very much. It is just a short walk to the beach and the pool is really nice. Just be aware that the listing states that there are bikes available however the bikes were locked up in the garage and were not available for use.

The house was amazing, and was very clean.
The property is well-maintained and the beds were very comfortable. It had a great layout including the outside. The host company was very responsive and helpful.
The location was perfect as well. The beach is a short walk, and if you get the golf cart then it’s around all the drivable roads and some great beaches/restaurants. Can’t ask for more!

We traveled with our four kids and staying here made everything such a breeze. They had so much more than the what was listed in the description. There were beach toys, a beach wagon to cart your stuff, beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent.. They had also suggested a golf cart and we were extremely thankful to have made that rental purchase as well. Made getting around so easy. House was clean, directions were clear, and host was on point 👌

Almost place. Close to everything. Clean, updated, and spacious. On the first night the living room tv fell off the wall. Thought we’d be without the tv all week. Called the property management and a new tv was mounted on the wall the next day before we got back from the beach. Great place.

Not only is this house in a great location, which is like a block from the beach, it's so clean and nicely decorated. There is so much to do around the area that is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.)

I found the bedrooms to be inviting and cozy, as the soft bedding guaranteed me a good sleep. The rest of the resort was also fun with its swimming pools that shines like new and its beachfront location.

Nothing but good things to say: house as clean upon arrival, checkin was flawless, mgmt team was very responsive, 3-4 minute walk to beach. House came with a large beach wagon which we used everyday, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and more. Publix was a 4 min drive. Community pool was very clean. From the minute we opened the door, my family and I were in awe over how nice and well kept this beach house was. Everything was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable -each and every one of them which is often rare when renting a vacation home, staying in a hotel, etc. and it makes all the difference in the world. The floor plan is open concept making it a a great place to gather and for meals with the whole family. It’s a close walk to the beach and the pool area. The pool area was clean and the pool was large enough that it still felt fairly private despite being shared. The porch was our favorite part. It felt tucked away with the landscaping giving some
privacy. It was big enough so many of us could be sitting outside at one time. The fenced in front yard was nice with my young granddaughters. It was just a great spot to sit out and have a coffee morning, noon, or night! We really enjoyed ourselves!!!

The only minor hiccup was that the pictures represented that there were beach toys/chairs in the garage and upon arrival there were basically none. The property management co wasn't much help with a solution. If we had known in advance we would have brought our own. We didn't let that minor issue detract us from having a great time and everything else about the property was exactly what we were looking for.

Such a cute beach house! Very spacious for our family of 7. The beach is really not a 5 min walk away, a 5 min drive is more like it, but not a hassle. The pool is less than 5 min walk and very easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect for our group. The house included several beach items and corn hole boards/bags. The layout was great and the décor was adorable! The public beach access was just down the street only took a few minutes to walk there. The public beach access also had bathroom which was a bonus. Lots of stores and restaurants super close by as well. We all really enjoyed our stay.

We rented a golf cart and due to the short cut breezeway our children would beat us to the beach by walking. Golf cart was only useful for bringing all the beach gear and cooler. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to make all my meals. There was a blender and a crockpot which I asked about ahead of time and the management company didn’t know and thus I thought I would mention it here. The only suggestion for the owner is to have a different kitchen garbage can as the double recycle style was small and not functional for the amount of trash we accumulated each day. A single trash can would be sufficient given the outdoor recycle bin was not accessible to guests. Although the inside was immaculate, the cleaning crew neglected the outside prior to our stay and there were several areas of dog waste and trash throughout the yard. I blame the prior guests for not picking up after themselves not the property’s fault but I would encourage the cleaning crew to do a walk around the yard before turning over the property. Despite these very minor complaints I would stay at this property again as I felt it was beautiful, perfectly located, quiet, and easily accommodated sleeping arrangements for our ten guests comfortably without giving up living area space. Thank you for letting us stay and I hope others enjoy their vacation at the Crows Nest!

Hurricane Delta was approaching the coast of Louisiana the day we were to leave Houston. Fortunately we were able to change the date of arrival by one day and we safely drove to Destin with sunny skies overhead. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Crows Nest. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for the week. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice.We found the walk to the beach easy but the olders ones in our party wish it had been shorter since we carried chairs, towels, etc. I suggest renting a golf cart. We did most of our cooking and grilling and enjoyed the outside sitting area in the evenings very much.We definitely recommend the Crows Nest for your family or friends.

House was nice, not to far from beach and came with some beach toys/chairs to use if needed. Kitchen could have had a few more pots/pans to cook with but other than that it was pretty well stocked if you wanted to cook a meal. All rooms and restrooms were clean and met all expectations. I liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer to wash linens and clothes if needed. Overall I felt it was worth what we paid for a week rental and would enjoy coming back next year.

We loved the location! Everything was near by stores,restaurants, and the beach was very close to the house. The house also had extra amenities(beach chairs, beach toys for the kids...). Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Crow's Nest was beautiful, spacious, and accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. The home was located about 2 minutes to the pool and about 5 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill as well! We were a little disappointed that there were towels and sheets that appeared unwashed piled up in the laundry room. So, we washed a lot of towels upon our arrival so that we would have clean ones for our stay. Other than that, the home was clean. We recommend adding the following to the home: pot holders, cutting board, kitchen scissors, and mixing bowls. We had an amazing time and would go back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, the rental company that helped me, the employees Were so kind and welcoming. They had the warm hospitality that all tourists deserve to have. Especially if they’re out of towners. The last thing someone wants to deal with is a rude and unfriendly staff that they are paying money to. From the minute I walked through the doors up until the very last min we had there, I felt like pure royalty. The house is Decorated with the latest trends and colors. It is obvious that a good amount of time went into making this home something right out of a movie. The bathrooms were impeccable. There were a few downsides but not something that would keep me from returning The house is gorgeous, but definitely not family friendly if you’ve got small children. There were a few things that made the place not very practical. The dining room table is so gorgeous and elaborate that it made me feel afraid to have meals at it. I was scared I’d ruin some of the decorations by removing them and not having a safe place to store them. We ate at the counter. With the amount of elequant pillows and some decorations, there needs to be a storage bin or something to place all of them in. Otherwise there thrown on floor The washer and dryer could be a hit or miss for someone. It’s located in the back of the garage. I didn’t mind it. But not convenient. As far as the outside of the property is conserved, while the grass is stunning and beautiful there’s not a sidewalk to the front door from the driveway. So you have to walk to the end of driveway down the street sidewalk or you had to walk through the grass. There was no key to garage so you couldn’t enter that way. It is a corner house as well. There were lots of people constantly cutting through the yard and driveway on there walk to the beach. I always felt on edge. On a positive note, the garage is stocked full of everything you’d need to play with or sit on for the beach. That was awesome!
