Crossings II has the Dragonfly community pool & as a guest of WaterColor you will also have access to the Camp WaterColor and WaterColor Beach Club.

Upon entering "Terrapin Station" vacation rental home you will find a gracefully decorated & inviting living, dining, & kitchen areas. The living area offers entertainment with an HDTV & comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern & beautifully designed to showcase granite countertops & top of the line stainless steel appliances, providing everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal on the gas stove & a Keurig Duo for however you like to make your coffee. The dining area can accompany 8 while the kitchen island can seat 3. A half bath is located off the common areas. The open floor plan makes this home perfect for group gatherings & entertainment space. Looking for a bit of fresh air? Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the screened in porch & outdoor lounge area. Relaxation spaces are abundant at this home.

The main level of this home offers a king suite & a private bath with a double vanity & walk-in shower. The second floor offers a master king suite, a private balcony with lounge chairs, & a private bath with a double vanity & walk-in shower. Also located on this level is the bonus living area equipped with an HDTV & a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed, trundle bed, & shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Lastly, this level of the home is accompanied by a king room and a king suite with a private bathroom & a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have an HDTV. This home conveniently offers a laundry room & enough space to sleep 11 comfortably. The location of this home lends itself to convenience & made easy with a 6-seater street legal electric golf cart & the 4 bicycles provided with the house during your stay. In addition to the Crossings II Dragonfly community pool, guests of WaterColor are also offered access to the amenities at the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club & Camp WaterColor. The WaterColor Beach Club features a new main pool & lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with a zero-entry, cabanas, beach access, & a selection of restaurants & bars. All accompanied by beautiful views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico! Camp WaterColor features a pool with a slide, a zero-entry kids pool with a slide, a zero-entry lazy river, a lifeguard on duty, basketball court, playground, restaurant, & bar!

Great family spring break trip

We had the best week staying at this rental. The home is very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all we needed to cook/grill while we were there. The garage is stocked with everything we needed.
We had a small issue with the upstairs AC but the management company was extremally helpful and quick to fix.

Wonderful House

We loved this rental. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and enough seating in the family room for the whole family. Having a golf cart was great to go back and forth to Seaside. Our boys loved riding their bikes to the basketball court and the beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beach time at 30A

We had a great time! The rental was fine, no real complaints. Any small issue was handled asap with the help of Jamie. Thank You. THe golf cart was the problem. 1 of 2 front lights were out, steering was horrible this cart needed much overdue maintance. My son-inlaw owns GC company here in PTC this was an old model that needed a total overhaul. Safety should be 1st and it wasn't honored.

Family Friendly

This rental is perfect for large families. The house is close to the Dragon Fly Pool and to the Publix grocery store. Yet, the street is quiet and secluded. It provides a golf cart and bikes for easy access to the local amenities. It is close to Seaside and Grayton beach.

PERFECT VACATION

Perfect vacation in every way! If I could give more than five stars I would! It was sooooo clean and beautifully decorated! Wonderful location and came with bikes and a golf cart! To top of off, we got to bring our pet with us! We loved everything about our stay here!

Great stay

After looking at multiple properties in Watercolor, I decided to pick this particular property, particularly because we had such a time last year with 360 Blue.
We received our text that our house was ready. It took a few minutes to find the house because the house numbers aren’t overly visible. We were given a code to get in. It didn’t work and I started to panic because they were closed but had a number to call. I called and left a message and sent a text and started to worry. All that was cured when we received a call back within minutes with a code to get in and were given another one to use the rest of our stay. The man on the phone was very calm even when I wasn’t. Once we got in, everything was wonderful. The house was very clean, unlike previous rentals. Keys and wristbands were right where we could find them.
The master on the 2nd floor bed was absolute heaven. It’s rare for me to be somewhere that I actually like the bed. It was very firm but plush.
All bathrooms had plenty of towels. All bedrooms were apparently comfortable except the one on the main floor. The main floor bathroom and closet were GIANT! Liked the opened space downstairs. The sofa is great for young people but if you’re older, you will need several pillows so you can get back up.
I rate on overall stay and customer service when something happens. We got a flat tire on the golf cart late one evening not far from the house. This was at the very beginning of our stay. I sent a message through VRBO and called them first thing in the morning and the gentleman that answered said he was just emailing to say someone would be over shortly to fix it. Someone came right away before we had left for the day and fixed it. I was so happy. You definitely want the cart. It’s great for hopping to wherever, Seaside for breakfast, shopping, the Beach Club or whatever as parking is easier to find with a golf cart. It sat 6 people so it was perfect fo

Beautiful Home and Great Service Start to Finish

Great house for our families to meet up. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out. Never felt on top of each other. The adults sat on screened in front porch every morning and enjoyed coffee and email time. We had issue getting into house on our end (total user error!), and the management company was so helpful and quick to respond. House very well stocked. Loved the bath robes - such a nice touch!

Terrapin Station Review

This house was SO CUTE! From beginning to end, everything was perfect. I had sent the owner a message and she responded in a timely manner. Glass Casa was equally responsive to me throughout my experience. The house was beautiful - very clean, very comfortable and well maintained. Bikes and a golf cart were included and provided a fun experience for us. Proximity to Publix and beaches/pools was great! The written instructions were very detailed and everything found was as expected. We will definitely return and/or use Glass Casa Properties to try another rental. Kudos to all involved!
