What would Christmas in Destin by without a month-long Jolly Jubilee?! The Jolly Jubilee is an enjoyable series of holiday happenings that take place at the center at the Destin Commons from November 30th-December 22nd. With their 50′ Christmas tree as an anchor, they create the premier holiday atmosphere with ten large reindeer topiary shrubs, multiple Christmas trees, Christmas carolers, and live performances!
Have a last-minute Christmas wish? Children are invited to fill out a letter to Santa and mail it to the North Pole. Simply fill out the letter, put it in the envelope, and pop it in the red North Pole Express mailbox at Guest Services. Destin Commons will make sure to get it to Old Saint Nick himself.

In the words of Elf “It’s SANTAAAA!”. Christmas in Destin wouldn’t be the same without a beautiful Christmas Tree Lighting and Santa’s arrival at The Henderson. Excitement builds in anticipation for Santa’s arrival after the beautiful Henderson Christmas tree is lit by a happy child. Join them on the Piazza for a festive celebration with special Christmas performances by choirs from our local community. Enjoy traditional holiday drinks like hot cocoa and eggnog, homemade treats, and create Christmas crafts while Santa takes gift requests. This event is Sunday, December 1st and will start at 6 PM. It is also free to attend and open for all.

Christmas in Destin means parades! Don’t miss out on our annual parade where you can admire people’s Christmas creations and also where can kids can collect some candy! The 35th annual Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 14th, 2019, at 10 a.m. This year’s theme is “Santa’s Workshop.” The floats will begin at the Downtown Destin Shopping Center (Old Time Pottery) and travel west down Harbor Boulevard (Hwy 98) to Stahlman Avenue. Spectators are asked to stand on the north side of Harbor Boulevard to watch the parade.

The Boat Parade will be an event you will only be able to experience if you spend Christmas in Destin. This event will take place on December 15th, 2019. You can visit with Santa on the Main Stage from 1:00-4:00pm before the boat parade! The Destin Harbor will be dancing with holiday lights and cheer during the 33rd Annual Holiday on the Harbor Destin Boat Parade, starting at 6:00pm. Margaritaville, Jackacudas Seafood & Sushi and Harry T’s offer the perfect spot for parade viewing. The evening ends with a bang as fireworks light up the sky!

Santa is going to be busy this Christmas in Destin because he will be having visits every Wednesday in December from 6 PM-8 PM at the Baytown Wharf. Get in the winter spirit with them and listen to some of your favorite holiday classics. Also, enjoy their Holiday edition of the Wednesday Night Concert Series. Each concert will feature a festive choreographed light show and visits with Santa.
