*Please note the HOA does not allow: boats, trailers, recreational type vehicles, or self-propelled mobile home, The following shall not be parked for any period of time or stored or otherwise be permitted to remain on any lot except in an approved garage or obscured from public view by either natural or artificial means. Parking is not permitted at any time on the street in right-of-way, on or across the sidewalk, on the yard/lawn between a homeowner's fence and home, overnight at the North or South entrances of the pool, on the driveway apron in the street right-of-way . All vehicles shall be parked in driveway only.
