Maravilla 2310

We had a beautiful stay. The view is unmatched in my opinion. We were so close to the water, I don’t think I could stay anywhere else.

Condo was furnished with everything we needed. Could use a few more pods for dishwasher but we washed by hand when we had to. Floor mopping could be better prior to guests arriving. Had to wipe up a water spill in kitchen shortly after arriving and the paper towel was obviously dirty... didn't want to go barefoot after that. Other than that, the place was great. Beds were very comfortable... sofa bed was not. The view was awesome! So nice to be so close to the beach! Property management staff are top-notch!

You never know what a place is going to look like from pictures but these did not disappoint! It was up to date and beautifully decorated, and that view was amazing! We enjoyed the balcony every day along with our dog watching all of the people walk their dogs. Definitely a pet friendly complex. The only negative with this unit was that it did not include beach chair & umbrella rental services. It’s my understanding that most units include that. We had to pay an additional $50 a day for 2 chairs & an umbrella if we wanted to set on the beach. But we will definitely rent again at Maravilla. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was very nice, clean with lots of room and decorated. The thermostat was controlled but we had brought lots of fans to set around. The air conditioner vent was very dirty and clogged. I Text Glass Casa and the situation was taken care of right away. After that the air was cool enough to tolerate. Loved that they had a full washer and dryer, we used every day. The kitchen was equipped with the bare minimum Pots and pans were not many to choose and there were No condiments so bring your own even down to salt and pepper. The condo is on the third floor and 2 doors down from the elevator which was very nice. The parking was nice enough that we didn’t have to walk too far. The pool and facilities were very nice. I had problems finding the back pool. When I text they responsed quickly to where I needed to go. The best part was the beautiful view we had from the balcony. It was just breath taking. We were close enough to the pool to enjoy but not right on top. I would recommend this place and this condo. Tips bring fans and all your own condiments. The Glass Casa responded quickly to all my texts.

We had a great time with friends at the beach. Maravilla is a great location within walking distance of a couple restaurants. This beachfront condo gave us great views of the ocean.

My family and myself needed a vacation that would allow pets and this was a great place. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The condo was clean and had plenty of supplies. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the room. This place has great views of the beach and was just a short walk across the street to the beach. The site also offers 2 pools and a hot tub that we used several days. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla! The condo was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable! We could have used a pizza pan and room darkening curtains in the bedrooms, but the proximity to the gorgeous, private beach was unbeatable! We loved how uncrowded it was! The many elevators and luggage trollies made carting our luggage a breeze! And the whole community is so dog friendly! We will definitely look for this rental if we go to Destin again!

My husband and two yorkies had a fabulous time. The condo is beautiful! The complex is clean, appears to be well maintained and very dog-friendly. Our pups had the best time just hanging out on the spacious balcony that overlooks the gulf and swimming pool. The unit itself was clean just wanted a nice broom to keep things tidy. The bed, sofa, and love seat are all very comfortable. The kitchen has all the essential items. The cleaning lady did show up about two hours early to our expected departure, so that was a little awkward. Overall, we loved it and want to return. Red tide was pretty thick after the hurricane so we need to return to get the real Destin experience.

Lovely view of the ocean. Close enough to hear the waves and see the beach dogs. Only downside to the location was the pool. This property is almost right above one of the pools and it got very noisy with kids playing. We encountered a lot of maintenance issues such as both shower drains being stopped up which created standing water. Some of the TV remotes were missing and we could barely use the one in the master. The kitchen was also lacking some common items like oven mitts and a pizza cutter. Despite these issues, the company provided very good customer service, offering to come out and fix any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great unit and good stay but some quirks. There was a film on the bottom 2 feet of the sliding glass doors obstructing the view we are paying for. This film is NOT in the photos advertising this unit on either website. Also the photos show BLACKOUT drapes in the master bedroom and they are gone with regular panels and a SHEER panel in the middle! Chairs sliding on the floor upstairs are loud as a fighter jet flying directly overhead. Not the fault of the owner or mgmt company but we had to endure it for a week!

Everything was great. Only problem was loud people up above us.
Loved the beach, the heated pool and hot tub were percfect for this time of year. Great area not to crowded. The management company answered all our quetions right away. Very professional!!!
