The location of the condo is premier. Just a few steps to the beach! The condo is clean spacious the washer and dryer worked great and it was so nice having two bathrooms.

The condo was very well equipped and was decorated very nicely. The only other thing I would comment on is the 2nd bathroom has a single light over the sink and it is fairly dark in there

Lovely views and layout allowing plenty of room for our family of five. Extra beach equipment laying around like chairs and even some toys. Loved having an air-fryer available.

We loved this condo! As soon as you walk through the front door, you have a straight shot of the ocean from the balcony doors. There was plenty of space to unpack and make ourselves at home! Had everything we needed and more, will definitely book again!

Beautiful stay! The indoor heated pool was a hit after I got burned the first day! haha. The walk across the road to the beach was easy to access. We've never stayed somewhere before that had a crosswalk to get to the beach, but the walk was short and very manageable even with small kids in tote! Walking distance from options, short drive to grocery shopping, and easy parking.
The location was clean and well setup! I have an infant and although there weren't any high chairs and pack n' play options, the location was perfect as it didn't have any breakable things in reach and was a wonderful stay with a baby! I highly recommend and we all had a wonderful time!
Also, the washer and dryer were very efficient and the bathrooms were clean and came with extra towels and they had a few beach things that were wonderful to have as well, such as beach towels, chairs, etc. So thoughtful and what a great stay!

We had an amazing time. It was our first time renting a condo and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. As a family of five we had plenty of room. Condo was clean, we had a great view, everyone was friendly, and the ability to get nightly ice cream was a bonus.

We stayed last year in one of Michelle’s places & again this year. She’s a great host & loved the place again this year. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, the place was equipped with everything we needed. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The only thing my husband didn’t like was the tv was in a Armoire& the doors stick out so you can only see the tv if your sitting on the couch. Very comfortable beds: We hope to come back next year

I didn’t really need to interact with the staff a lot, but one of the people in my party accidentally took the wrist band we are provided and when I emailed them, they responded quickly, they were very nice about it, and they allowed her to ship it back. Even with cooler weather nothing dampened our abilities to participate in outdoor activities. The rental office staff answered all questions or concerns immediately. Using the indoor pool was a big plus as well as the workout facilities. The bunkbed mattresses were extremely comfortable for adults as well as children. (very surprised about how good the bunk bed mattresses were). Cannot wait to return.

I’ll start with the Management company (Destin Palms) who were great and easy to work with. They were readily available and called ahead of time to verify everything and see if we had any questions. Then they take the time to inspect the unit before you arrive to ensure it is right (this is a huge plus based on an experience with another non local management company at a different property in the area). No to the unit itself...this place is AMAZING! it’s obvious the Owner took pride in the place with wonderful decor and comfortable furniture. The Unit had been cleaned extremely well and the unit was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom with Hotel-type shampoo/conditioner/soap, plates/glasses/cups/silverware/etc and even some beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys! The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were fresh and comfortable. THE VIEWS FROM THIS UNIT ARE SPECTACULAR! Coffee on the porch every morning and drinks in the evening watching and listening to waves crash on the shore. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better with a quick walk across the strip. The complex was beautiful as well with indoor and outdoor pool which was perfect for a quick dip after the ocean. Waiting for an elevator was never very long (even waiting for our own trying to social distance). There was easy parking in the garage right behind the complex which was close to elevators for luggage and we never had an issue finding a good parking space. The water was so crystal clear and sand bars in the water close to shore...I felt like I was in the Bahamas! Whales tail at the edge of the strip in front of the complex had great quick food at perfect beach atmosphere. We have fallen in love with this unit at Miramar Beach and will be booking again soon!!!

The property was decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bunk room. The resort pool was awesome! It was in a great location. The a/c couldn’t be turned above 72, so it was pretty warm at night, which was the only thing I didn’t like about the property. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately with the AC in a high rise condo in Florida if the air is set below 72 and there is constant movement in and out of the condo or if a door is left open the unit will freeze up.
